Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Company in Khawr Fakkan


We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our dynamic fashion retail team in Khawr Fakkan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandise strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to select and source products that align with our company's brand and target market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandise plans based on sales trends, customer demand, and market analysis
- Collaborate with buying team to select and source products from suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for reorders or markdowns as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify best-selling products and make suggestions for future product assortment
- Work with visual merchandising team to ensure product displays are visually appealing and align with company's brand image
- Conduct regular store visits to review inventory levels, visual displays, and overall store presentation
- Train store staff on product knowledge and provide support for any merchandising related inquiries or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500$ per month. This role is open to both male and female candidates of Indian nationality who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided.
