Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to promote the hotel's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required
