Retail Sales Associate (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)


We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a successful shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
