Concierge Assistant


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who do not require English proficiency and have no prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with their luggage upon check-in and check-out
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area and assist with maintaining overall cleanliness of the hotel
- Offer recommendations for dining options, activities, and events in the local area
- Assist with room service orders and deliveries when necessary
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Egyptian national preferred
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Able to communicate effectively in Arabic (English proficiency is not required)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Physically fit to handle luggage and assist with other physical tasks as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary

Salary: USD 1600 per month (tax-free)
