Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients based on their specific goals and needs. You will work closely with clients to develop customized workout plans, monitor progress, and provide motivation and accountability throughout their fitness journey. This position is based in Medina and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Design customized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and goals
- Provide personal training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and support clients during workouts to help them achieve their desired results
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, techniques, and certifications
Requirements:
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Certification in personal training or relevant field (such as exercise science or kinesiology)
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in personal training or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Availability for full-time work without accommodation
