Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Umm-Said. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and fluent in Urdu. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, ordering supplies and equipment, and handling guest requests or complaints. You must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle guest requests or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities such as room occupancy rates and laundry expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
- Create and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
- Perform administrative tasks such as budgeting, payroll, and staff scheduling.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Fluent in Urdu; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Good time-management skills with attention to detail.
