Multilingual Concierge - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Multilingual Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. You must be fluent in English and Malayalam, as our clientele includes both local and international guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services
- Offer recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests, such as airport transfers or car rentals
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including room service orders and housekeeping requests
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate to management if necessary
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to ensure a personalized experience during their stay

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel environment
- Fluent in English and Malayalam; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Knowledgeable about the local area and able to make recommendations for activities and attractions based on guest preferences
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
