Waiter/Waitress (Egyptian)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Egyptian waiter/waitress to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an English speaking establishment, fluency in English is required for this role. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, therefore candidates must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing suggestions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa and accommodation arrangements
