Our creative agency is seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team in Medina. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final execution. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and English language proficiency is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and other team members to develop creative concepts
- Develop and present visual ideas and designs that align with the brand's overall vision
- Provide guidance and direction to graphic designers, photographers, and other artists on the team
- Ensure that all visual elements are aligned with the brand's style guidelines
- Review final designs and ensure they meet quality standards before presenting them to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition techniques
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or similar industry
- Knowledge of digital design platforms such as Sketch or Figma
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Fluency in Malayalee or Egyptian language
