We are seeking a creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the visual style and artistic direction of our projects. Your main duties will include developing concepts, creating designs, managing a team of designers, and ensuring that all projects meet client's requirements.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a keen eye for detail. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate your team towards achieving our creative vision.

Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and create designs for various projects such as advertisements, brochures, packaging, etc.
- Guide and manage a team of designers to ensure quality work is delivered on time
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our artistic direction
- Oversee the production process to ensure all designs meet specifications
- Conduct quality checks on final outputs before delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
This position is open for Indian nationals with valid visa sponsorship. Freshers with a passion for design are also encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
