Livestock Specialist

The Livestock Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the health and well-being of livestock in Abu Dhabi. They will work closely with farmers and other professionals to ensure the proper care and treatment of animals, as well as providing guidance on nutrition, breeding, and disease prevention. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in livestock management, a strong understanding of animal husbandry practices, and a passion for animal welfare. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and welfare of livestock in Abu Dhabi
- Provide guidance on proper nutrition for animals
- Develop and implement breeding programs
- Educate farmers on disease prevention and treatment methods
- Oversee vaccinations and other medical procedures for livestock
- Maintain accurate records of animal health and production data
- Collaborate with other professionals to improve herd management practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in livestock management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in livestock management
- Strong knowledge of animal husbandry practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and other professionals
- Experience with data analysis and record keeping
- Passion for animal welfare
