IT Manager (Malayalee/Egyptian) - Umm-Salal, Qatar



We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies and policies, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Malayalee or Egyptian
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and database management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper backup procedures and cybersecurity measures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to current systems

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
