We are hiring a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. You will also manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain records of room inspections and guest complaints, addressing any issues promptly
- Monitor budget and expenses for the housekeeping department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a diverse team is preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is required
