Job Title: Hotel Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, staffing, guest relations, and business development.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
- Managing hotel budgets and financial performance
- Recruiting, training, and supervising hotel staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with guests and handling any guest complaints or issues effectively
- Monitoring daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and housekeeping to promote the hotel's brand image
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Developing partnerships with local businesses to attract more guests and increase revenue streams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial management
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Doha
