We are a leading chemical manufacturing company located in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing processes for the production of various chemical products. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing existing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and implementing chemical processes for the production of various products.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify new methods and technologies for improving process efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Troubleshooting process issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all processes, experiments, and results.
- Training junior engineers on best practices and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a chemical engineering role.
- Knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot process issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
