Retail Sales Associate - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a leading retail company located in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who speaks fluent English. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this role. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales and must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays
- Meet sales targets as set by management
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Own valid visa or work permit
