Art Director



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team in Al-Rayyan. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall visual style and direction of our projects. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to bring our brand vision to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand across all platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging campaigns
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction for projects
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, quality, and timeline requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, conceptual thinking, and design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your ideas clearly
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
