As an Art Director for our Al-Khor based company, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and creative direction of our projects. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional who is fluent in Malayalam and has a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture. This full-time position is suitable for men who are passionate about using their artistic skills to create impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts and ideas
- Oversee and direct the work of designers, photographers, and other artists
- Develop visual style guides and ensure consistency across all projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies
- Present concept proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in an advertising agency or design firm
- Fluent in Malayalam with a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards creative excellence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
