Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian nationals with or without experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and demands
- Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Source, select and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals on products
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products to stores
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that drive sales
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum high school diploma
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Urdu
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or purchasing
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
