A prestigious hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with excellent English communication skills. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, staff management, budgeting and financial management, and maintaining high standards of service. You will also work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is required. Knowledge of Malayalam language would be an advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.
