Product Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs and preferences of our customers. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship available for Malayalees.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and engineering teams to understand product requirements and user feedback, and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs. You will be involved in all stages of the product development process, from ideation to production.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. You should also have a good understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to conduct user research to gather insights for product improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas.
- Conduct user research to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Use data-driven approaches to make informed design decisions.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and using data-driven approaches for decision making.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
