Art Director for a Creative Design Agency in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan


We are a dynamic and fast-growing creative design agency based in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of all our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative concepts for their projects
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations
- Develop design guidelines and standards for the agency
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques to enhance the agency's design capabilities
- Provide artistic direction and feedback to team members to ensure consistency in visual style
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
