Protection Officer

A reputable security company in Al-Wakra is seeking a qualified Protection Officer to join their team. This full-time position requires experience in security and protection services, specifically in handling biometric passports. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Protect the company's assets and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular patrols around the premises and respond quickly to any security threats or breaches
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, and investigate any suspicious activity
- Enforce access control procedures and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing any concerns or questions
- Report any incidents or breaches of security to the appropriate authorities
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and incidents, including writing detailed reports
- Stay up-to-date with security protocols, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or protection services is required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for identification purposes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
