Security Specialist

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization's premises, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment to detect any suspicious activity.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
- Train employees on security awareness and emergency response procedures.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as police or fire department in case of emergencies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends to make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with biometric passport systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to calmly handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: 1800$ per month
