Petroleum Engineer



The role of a Petroleum Engineer is to design and implement methods for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will work in collaboration with geologists, drilling and production teams to ensure the efficient and safe extraction of these valuable resources.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to determine the most suitable methods for extracting oil and gas
- Designing equipment and processes for drilling, extraction, and transport of oil and gas
- Monitoring well performance and making adjustments as needed
- Developing plans to maximize production while minimizing costs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during drilling or extraction processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, reservoir engineering, and production methods
- Familiarity with industry software such as PETREL, Eclipse, or HYSYS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
As a Petroleum Engineer in Ar-Ruwais, you can expect a salary of 1400$, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Location:
This job is located in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.

Fluency in English is required for this position as it involves working with international teams.
