We are hiring an experienced Art Director to join our creative team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the visual design and creative direction of various projects. This includes managing a team of designers, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that all projects meet the client's objectives and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye and the ability to think creatively while also possessing excellent leadership and communication skills. A biometric passport is required for this role. Women are encouraged to apply. This position does not include accommodation. Salary is $1000/month.

As an Art Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and directing a team of designers to create visually appealing designs that align with the project's objectives
- Collaborating with other departments to understand project requirements and ensure cohesive branding across all deliverables
- Conducting research on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our work
- Presenting design concepts to clients and providing rationale behind decisions
- Overseeing all stages of the design process from concept development to final delivery
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an Art Director or Creative Director
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with biometric passports is preferred but not required
