Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating every aspect of weddings, from budget management to vendor selection and event execution. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian or Malayalee with a preference for candidates residing in Al-Rayyan
- No English language proficiency required
- Prior experience as a wedding planner is not necessary, but preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable working with diverse clients and vendors

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Create detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor lists
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as venue rental, catering, photography, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day including set-up, decorations, ceremony details, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the planning process
- Manage budget and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated amount
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality services are provided
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in the wedding industry
