As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces for our various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create highly engaging and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Design visual elements such as icons, buttons, and graphics
- Ensure consistency across all design elements and maintain brand guidelines
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
