Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and is open to Indian nationals with fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry, and public areas
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a clean and well-maintained property
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk or maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, budget, staffing, etc. for management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly
