As a retail sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet sales targets by promoting products and upselling when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail sales experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in Malayalam (preferred)

Working hours: Full-time, 6 days per week (split shifts)

Salary: 1100$ per month + commission on sales
