Speech Therapist


A reputable healthcare facility in Lusail is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages who have speech or communication difficulties due to various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' speech and communication abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement therapy techniques to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Attend regular training and development opportunities to stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong analytical skills for assessing patients' needs and progress
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
