Seasonal Concierge at Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan



Our luxury resort in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Seasonal Concierge to join our team for the upcoming busy season. As a Seasonal Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with booking reservations for local activities, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, services, and local area attractions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of services to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
