Art Director

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they align with our company's brand image and vision. You will work closely with our team of designers and other departments to develop concepts, designs, and layouts that effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. You should also have excellent leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of designers and collaborating with other departments. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects such as advertising campaigns, product packaging, event graphics, etc.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging
- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality
- Present design ideas to clients or stakeholders for approval
- Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong leadership skills

This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1300$ per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
