Business Coach

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring individuals and businesses to reach their full potential. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business strategies and practices. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop action plans, and provide support and guidance as they work towards their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in clients' business practices
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized action plans for achieving their goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients as they implement changes in their business strategies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various business topics such as leadership, team building, financial management, etc.
- Monitor progress of clients and make adjustments to action plans as needed
- Offer valuable insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and experience
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or coaching role within a business setting
- Strong understanding of various business functions such as marketing, finance, operations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all levels of an organization
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients' needs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Khor (open to candidates from any nationality)
