Farm Worker

A farm in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced and hardworking Farmers to join their team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for the daily tasks involved in maintaining a successful farm, including planting, harvesting, and caring for crops and livestock. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for farming.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to schedule
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitoring crops for pests and diseases and taking appropriate action to prevent or treat issues
- Feeding and caring for livestock including chickens, cows, and goats
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance of farm buildings and structures
- Keeping accurate records of daily activities and crop yields
- Participating in the planning of crop rotations and harvest schedules

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture preferred
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of basic farming techniques including planting methods, pest control methods, crop rotation principles
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work long hours during busy seasons

Salary: $1600 per month
