Loader Supervisor

We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, ensuring timely and efficient operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks
- Ensure proper handling and placement of goods to avoid damage
- Train and guide loaders on safe and efficient loading techniques
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded goods, inventory, and equipment
- Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling goods
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred
- Valid visa and ticket will be provided by the company
