Administrative Assistant
We are in need of an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage the daily calendar of the office, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience working for an Indian company is an advantage.
