Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist (Ar-Ruwais, Africa)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and develop production standards to improve productivity
- Use industrial engineering techniques to identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain accurate production data and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization
- Facilitate training sessions for production staff on new processes or equipment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement or industrial engineering role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Proficient in using industrial engineering tools such as time studies, work measurement, and process flow analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
