Hotel Maintenance Engineer

As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities. Your main duties will include conducting routine inspections, identifying and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, as well as experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building systems. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect hotel equipment and facilities on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning
- Identify any issues or malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, etc.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for more complex repairs or installations
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance/engineering field (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month

City: Al-Rayyan

Preference: Pakistani nationality preferred.
