Art Director

As an Art Director at our media company in Al-Rayyan, we are looking for a highly creative and experienced individual to lead our team of artists and designers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and be able to oversee the development of compelling and visually appealing content. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of artists and designers in creating visually appealing content for various media platforms
- Develop concepts, sketches, and storyboards for projects
- Provide feedback and direction to team members on their work
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and advertising to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work produced by the team
- Manage budgets and deadlines for projects
- Present ideas and designs to clients or stakeholders when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, layout, color theory, typography, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other departments or present ideas to clients
- Portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong design skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan (accommodation not provided)

Preference given to Malayalee candidates or those fluent in English. Freshers are welcome to apply but experience is preferred.
