IT Manager


The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Umm-Salal. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring the security of our company's data and information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan, implement, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Ensure the security of our company's data and information
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in technology systems and make recommendations for updates or changes
- Train employees on new technology systems or updates to existing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of networking, software development, database management, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience working in a managerial role within an IT department
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
Salary: 1000$ per month
