Administrative Assistant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals)


We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our company. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, organizing travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience, be proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational skills. You should also have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
