Office Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Pakistani national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a contract position with no English language requirement and open to freshers without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Help with preparing documents and presentations
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Fluent in Urdu or other Pakistani languages; basic knowledge of English is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
