Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control and management for our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with our purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory levels. Your main goal will be to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs and maximizing profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and track product movement to identify any discrepancies or issues
- Work closely with the purchasing team to forecast future inventory needs
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and organization of products
- Communicate with the sales team to understand demand trends and adjust inventory accordingly
- Implement strategies to minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Train and supervise inventory staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in a similar role within the retail industry
- Knowledge of SAP or other inventory management software
Salary: 1000$ per month.
