Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Riyadh. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and negotiate contracts. Your main goal will be to drive business growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring they align with the hotel's pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and group bookings
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales plans accordingly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with an attractive commission structure. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates are required to have a biometric passport for visa purposes.
