House Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are currently hiring a House Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates with fluency in English.

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a private household in Abu Dhabi. This includes managing a team of domestic staff, creating and implementing schedules and procedures, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a House Manager or similar position. You should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and the employer. Fluency in English is essential for this position.

As this is a live-out position, accommodation will not be provided. The candidate must have their own housing arrangement within commuting distance to Abu Dhabi. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the household
- Manage domestic staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and implement procedures to ensure efficiency and organization
- Keep track of household expenses and ensure they stay within budget
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance as needed
- Act as a point of contact between the employer and staff
- Ensure overall cleanliness and presentation of the residence at all times
- Handle any additional tasks or requests from the employer
