Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Concierge to join our team. As the face of our hotel, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests throughout their stay. As this is a contract position, no previous experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for Indian candidates looking for a job abroad without needing to speak English. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and able to handle various tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events as requested
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Keep lobby area clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
- Arrange transportation for guests as requested

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Ability to work on a contract basis with no previous experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month plus tips
