Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts for various projects, including advertisements, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Create compelling designs and layouts for print and digital materials such as brochures, websites, social media graphics, etc.
- Manage the entire design process from concept development to final production
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Present ideas and designs to clients and receive feedback for revisions
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive execution of projects
- Oversee junior designers and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
