A rapidly growing company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in coaching and mentoring businesses to achieve their full potential. As a Business Coach, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of clients' businesses and identify areas for improvement
- Develop customized action plans based on the specific needs of each client
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients through regular meetings and communication
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals
- Utilize various coaching techniques to motivate and inspire clients towards success
- Collaborate with other team members and share best practices to continuously improve our coaching services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and new business strategies to provide the most relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business coaching or consulting
- Proven track record of successfully coaching businesses towards growth and profitability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and professionalism
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
