English Language Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Sultanah, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong command of the English language. They will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and participate in professional development opportunities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Teaching certification or TEFL/TESOL certification
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Native proficiency in English or near-native proficiency (non-native speakers must provide proof of language proficiency)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students at various levels
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum that aligns with educational standards
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress as needed
